I find it hard to disconnect from my Ego when what it says is exactly what has happened- being left because you weren‘t good enough for example. They left because you weren‘t good enough. It‘s painful& it hurts, when I watch videos like this I feel like I‘m doing escapism. However I want to break free from painful cycles, because if I do nothing they never end and that doesn’t feel right either. What do you suggest for beginners is the best way to work with an ego that is running rampage? I once thought I had it under control, but since I stopped manifesting SP and Started letting go and shaddowwork it came back swinging and I‘m truly tired
