US Navy port call into Alexandria Egypt january 1988 , Took a one day tour to the pyramids absolutely incredible to see in real life and the sphinx as well and go inside the biggest one , Place had an eerie hum around it that went away after we left , Did a bucket list at the young age of 23 !

Although some information in this video is true, don’t believe everything he says-this is not a historical channel. The Egyptians had not yet discovered the wheel; uncut stone blocks were transported on "sledges" dragged over wet sand. Limestone blocks were quarried in Upper Egypt and transported on reed boats (as wood was quite scarce). To lift the blocks onto the pyramids, they primarily used primitive lever systems. There are many other errors in the video...

@Maxouminou_ That's you lying to yourself, the anicent proto-sahara caves prove you wrong. No place on the planet was called Mesopotamia. It was ur,chaldea. This lie that y'all make up about a place called Mesopotamia is a joke. The Greeks historian Herodotus himself when he went to proto-Sahara when it was green, so the wheel that's he mentioned his first ever wheel which they used to carry crops, they has created a cart Also, the people of ur,chaldea were the same people in Africa, and it was part of the Ethiopian Empire. The first ever Ethiopia was Ta-Nehisi modern-day Nubia, not the Ethiopia that you all know today striking stretching all the way to west Asia. Yet, y'all chose to ignore this evidence, and the eye witnesses Herodotus, Tacitus, Lady Lugard, Homer. Arab was all dark Africans, not one Eurasian was there. People forget Africans went into Asia as conquerors, but no one was there to be conquerored. They built civilisation and ruled those lands. The man-made river to separate Africa from Asia called the Red Sea.
@Maximus_Glorius
@Maximus_Glorius 6 күн бұрын
@ahmadahmed214 Well that's not really true. Even if proto-sahara was greener, there isn't any evidence that its civilization influenced mesopotamia (which is a accurate term for the region between the Tigris and Euphrates). Herodotus (who lived 2000 years after the pyramids were built btw) never claimed proto sahara invented the wheel (it was discovered later in said mesopotamia). Saying all Arabs were "dark africans" is false, as they were ethnically diverse (African, Semitic and Indo-europeans). Finally, the red Sea isn't at all a "man-made" river lol and Ta-Nehisi never reached West Asia

The way people refuses to believe the creation of universe with such precision and accuracy with lesser to zero mistakes was never a concindence. While also dropping their jaws, refusing to believe the fact that the accuracies united with pyramids and the geometry of earth, speed of light and other terminologies as coincidences is *crazy*

The structural stones weighed 2.5 tons on average and were quarried on site about a kilometer away from Giza. 2.5 tons is easily handled with some oxen and a crew of 15-20 on a sled. Bigger stones were probably floated down the Nile to Giza from the Aswan and Tura quarries.
@TobyWanKenobiTWK
@TobyWanKenobiTWK 14 күн бұрын
@@LongJohnLiver what you said carries no weight all because you said 'probably'. Tell me, if this is true how did they accurately get the Radius and Circumference of the earth as well as being accurate to true north to such precision that it's one of the most precise buildings on earth. Also the pyramids were ancient to the ancient Egyptians, so there's too many holes here. No one has evidence to back your theory, there's mathematical, scientific and historical evidence to prove what I just said.
@LongJohnLiver
@LongJohnLiver 14 күн бұрын
@@TobyWanKenobiTWK saying probably doesn't negate anything I've said. I'm simply acknowledging that there are other ways they could've moved stones from the quarries to Giza. We know they had barges big enough to move the stones they used, and floating them down the Nile would've been the easiest way to get them there. The Egyptians didn't calculate the circumference or the radius of the earth, but their contributions to geometry allowed a Greek mathematician named Eratosthenes, who lived in the 3rd century BC, to accurately calculate the radius and circumference of the planet. Finding true north isn't that hard. You just need to know how to use a plum bob, which they did, and to know which day the autumnal equinox falls on. The suns shadow will point it out for you.

Exactly. 15 tonne granite blocks loaded onto those raft looking boats... there was a documentary about transporting the stone from its origin to Stonehenge, using just the smallest inner standing stone size blocks on a large but simple boat transport, and they couldn't even get it loaded on properly, with or without crane contraptions. I don't know why this video says a 15 tonne block of stone can be loaded, just like that, because of - a flood and some trigonometry? Sounds like smoke and mirrors to me.
