@@kathiravand1020 For runners I always use toe lifts, calf raises, some type of lunge and some type of hip extension. Try to do bilateral movements as much as possible and supplement with antirotational core exercises + a push/pull movement for the Upper body 😄

Isn’t muscle growth not helpful for triathletes as being heavy will lessen speed?

It depends on the athlete - In some cases it can make sense to add a bit of mass to be able to push more watts on the bike leg - knowing that it might hurt the run a bit. But you’re right triathletes should not be bodybuilders. The most important thing is power to weight ratio. I hope it makes sense.

@@Name-ws3bx It still depends on the goal and the season. It’s best to do some periodization throughout the year. But yes, the majority of the work should be strength focused to get as Strong as possible without gaining too much mass.
