As marshal points out, at 4:11 I didn’t spend the energy required to use the accelerate effect.

4:11 Willow exhausts 2 runes to generate 2 energy to pay for the cost of the Rearguard. He then recycles one of the exhausted runes to accelerate the card. He would also need to exhaust another rune as the accelerate cost is 1 energy + 1 recycle.

Energy and power? Isn't the terminology mana and runes?

Will u post matches?

This isn’t that complicated. But I can understand it being so for those who aren’t used to managing resources in various manners.

Another question, does deflect (the volibear effect) cost 2 energy or 2 recycled runes

I think I just need to see the same comparison but with different colored cards. Just to get the terms correct

Over complicated for no reason. So, you have cards that take resources when you play them, and then cards that can help you recover them. Then just dont make them take resources in the firts place. All the effects that I see at this point are very basic, like play cards with less cost or have tnem ready. InGl this looks very boring and ugly

That, i also feel like the game in general is way to over complicated.
