Ayane san Of course, you use monolingual dictionary.right? I've come to think for me it's necessary to use MD due to watching your video. I'd been in the mood of having excluded my mother tongue, but actually MT is active in my brain. Because I've noticed I'm translating the subtitles into MT in my brain instead of comprehending as it was(in English) the TED Talk. So I'd take times to understand the subtitle. Bilingual dictionary disturbs my progress. On using monolingual dictionary I sometimes fall into synonyms' rabbit hole/infinite loop. In such case, I'd propose copy the line of synonyms into GT's English section and copy the translation into Excel with English synonyms. I suppose it's unnecessary to refer precisely to MD in case of synonyms. ( Save Time.) It'd be sufficient for meanings of synonyms to memo concisely. To my pity I can't exclude MT completely. Even if I became a native level, I can't exclude MT perfectly, I'd suppose. It would be OK!
How you express your opinion is so clear, I've just got impressed with them. You are still young and learn them all by yourself in Japan through learning English. Gosh that's so cool, I'm still feeling it's so hard being in Japan after coming back from the UK. But all you said make sense to me and came down to my heart. Of course I should proud of my country, Japan and actually I do in some ways but still I have some complains and uncomfortable customs in society. Thanks anyway, and can't wait your next video:)
Thank you for your setting the Japanese subtitles. It'd stoke my motivation to train my speaking skills up. As I remembered a loop playback function having had used to hear J-pop after a long time, (I've never used recently, I've forgotten.) I'd make your videos into my text for training my speaking skills with this function over and over again.

It’s my pleasure!! Thank you so much for using my videos as your learning tool 😊
I'm leaning English, too and I want to ask you for how many hours you studied English a day including all of time whenever you are using English, and what work you regarded as most significant one. I spend basically about 3 or 4 hours a day for watching video, KZbin or news in English. but I can't make English sentences so quickly as you do😭 so please tell me!🥺
It's about personal integrity and standard difference. Japanese culture only applies in Japan. Unfortunately being unconscious and unaltered is ok when you live in Japan but that'd be a weak point if you're living overseas. I think that one of advantages of being capable of understanding English is that'd open up your information. Then realize what's up with Japan.

100% agree with you. It applies only in Japan and it has both pros and cons cause as you said it’s also about being unconscious. Learning English has definitely gave me this bird’s eye view

@@chattyamy God bless you! Many times I had to confront a huge challenge when comes to pronunciation and I still know that I can't be a native speaker after all. But because I'm able to understand more knowledge and culture here because I can hear and understand the language! It's fun and the same time realize my personality didn't go with in Japan 😆 🗾 you should move out of the island .. just saying!

your presentation is great and cool! you realize me the importance of learning foreign languages. I am looking for further your speach.
Even today, people live in countries governed by oppressive and corrupt regimes and suffer the injustices, deprivation and hardships meted out by their governments. Others live in affluent democratic counties and enjoy personal freedom and a comfortable existence. Though each country has its pros and cons, when viewing the world this way I become truly appreciative about being born in japan no matter what the f**k cultures work against me.

Your English is awesome!! I would like to ask some. How long have you been studying English? And how much confidence do you have in your listening on a scale of 1 to 10 assuming your speaking is 10?
