Pearl Jam strait up CAN'T kill. Sure, it does cause a violent reaction upon consumption of food it is in, but that violent reaction quickly heals back better than before. Lets say that you get treated to a giant buffet and every ounce of food contains Pearl Jam. Lets say you eat every ounce. You are likely to probably feel the worst pain imaginable and look like an emaciated corpse, next minute far better than before. Even if it managed to get you down to nothing but bone or even just the organs, YOU ARE GOING TO BOUNCE BACK STRONGER (bc stand bs and nutrients that you've been needing for a while)

If i'm not mistaken, jumping jack flash's ability is to remove the gravity from things the things those things touch. He inflicts jolyne with this and she literally touches a room, and the air leaves the room because no gravity. You would much faster die asphyxiation than being shot with nails.
