Disney actually executed this perfectly. We finally got to see how Vader is assembled, and personally, after watching the SC 38 remake, I've wanted to see Vader at his peak rage. Seeing him crack the necks of innocent civilians really portrayed that.

I am still surprised Disney even allowed this. But it proves that there are a fair number of good people in their ranks, it's mainly the top and certain groups that are ruining literally everything they can that's owned by Disney - including other employees and their lives and/or careers, like Kathleen tried to do to Gina Carano, and maybe is still trying to do. @@codemovie Yeah, it's pretty much impossible to avoid. Plus the Inquisitorious is entirely erased by the time of a Battle Of Yavin - there aren't any real Jedi left, aside from Yoda, at that point. And that's when the Galactic Civil War truly kicks off, so any remnants of the Inquisitorious has or is probably at this rate funneled straight into the war effort. And if anything STILL remains even later, it's either gone to the First Order after Jakku, or if the canon resets and they take more from legends or make their own story... well, only time will tell.

If you listen closely, you can actully hear that that whistle at the end is actully Vader's first breath. This is because his breathing aperatus is what allows his scarred lungs to breath, however it was only attached at the very end. So Vader had to endure all of that Painful metal rods connecting his armour to him while his held his breath as his lungs burnt inside him. Damn.

I think Vader calmed down in the sequel movies considerably, he was more angry in this series than in the movies and I kinda like his anger and ambition to get him to where he needs to be and to fuel his power. I do feel bad for Obi-Wan though, to see your best friend and brother as your enemy and to have to fight him again after believing he was dead for so many years (10 years I believe). But wow the way Hayden has portrayed Anakin/Vader is incredible and I’m so excited to see what’s in store for us in the next episode, whether or not we will see Vader again or a few more flashbacks.

(Edit, I do understand that a lot of people are unhappy about certain things about the episode, but I genuinely feel a bit disgusted at how loads of people not only misunderstood a lot of Vader and Obi Wan's scenes, but how they wanted them to fight more like the Prequels, which wouldn't of worked for them at this point in the series.)

bro his appearance in Jedi Fallen Order is quite possibly my favorite of any of his appearances just because you get to feel so powerful throughout the game and then Vader comes in and just annihilates you with barely any effort. When you try to force pull that thing in the ceiling to hit him and he just catches it with one hand without even looking was the exact moment I went, oh shit I have to run. I don't think I fully comprehended how much of a threat Vader is supposed to be until that scene.

Putting Vader’s suit on him was extremly painfull, especially putting on mechanical limbs. It was so painfull that in comics Vader almost cried from it. Also, he was angry before putting his mask on, because he hated it the most and it was also the most painfull thing of his suit, because it had needles in it, attaching to his face. Many of Hayden's best scenes in the films were when he didn't have any lines, and I say that with the highest respect. He was able to express so much with his subtle gestures, or his deep stares. And omg, in this episode he has not lost his stride at all. The suting up, all the way to walking down the village. I felt like I could see under the mask, Hayden grinding his teeth as he gripped with his fingers and did everything to the people. I'm so happy that he came back.

That line has so many interpretations. The line is actually “when I left you, I was but a learner, now I am the master.” That could mean many things, one: when he turned to the dark side “left you”. Two: people have discussed a rematch in Kenobi where ob1 gains some advantage and forces Vader to flee.

Spoilers but I guess you know that. I like where Vader toyed with him. It's to be expected and Maul will probably agree. I might come off as a psychopath or whatever but Vader not killing him was great! Killing him is offering mercy. I don't want that if I were Vader or Maul. For these two or others who have a score to settle, the satisfaction they will get is if Kenobi ends himself. They will constantly torment him physically and mentally and once he is so broken, you don't even want to kill him anymore. Also, that Reva and Vader talk? My applause once Reva fails is ready.

My only gripe is that his stubs are all uniform in length. He got all his limbs severed at different points, so each limb should be custom tailored to that specific point. Unless of course they surgically removed more of his limbs.

The limb would be cut back, both because it makes sense to have a prosthetic of a standard length for a given amputation (so you have them ready, instead of the patient waiting for each limb to be built) and because it seems the SW prosthetics tie into the nervous system. We see Luke react to shocks applied by the android surgeon when his prosthetic is fitted at the end of ESB, and again when Jabba's thug shoots his arm in ROTJ. So they would need to cut the limb back to find viable nerves anyway.

When I was a little kid I remember being angry at the theatre (revenge of sith) because the movie ended right after anakin is put into the suit. I remember thinking that we would never get to see a real Darth Vader fight scene besides Empire and Return
