And that included denying coverage for Onora's mom, and the deaths of many others. However, those deaths are not justicable, so gloating is, in my opinion, utterly expected. Yes, firing the gun was criminal. Denying the coverage was not criminal. But when it comes to morality instead of legality, I find it a lot harder to draw that distinction. Legality and morality are not the same, and the gloating is a moral judgement, not a legal one. And that is allowed.
