42 days going strong! Something just clicked in my mind the last day I gambled. I could win jackpot after jackpot, and I know deep down it'll never be enough to stop. Even with Gambling ads bombarding every platform, I feel completely numb to the thought of Gambling again. Can't thank you enough Rob for all the inspiration you've provided me! ❤

The last part the video made me cry It's hard to see someone say to you through a video that's it's okay to seek okay, that's It's okay... I did tear a little. I myself have not eaten for a few days because of gambling and it's been tough. I even avoided GA because things are just so shit. Saying that it's okay to admit i want that mental stability. It's not even about the money, it's about stability inside. I shouldn't be in poverty but I created it. Thanks Rob for these videos, the okay part hit hard and I'm going to do something about this. It's the last thing I can control and have left on the table

I have been looking for advice on how to deal with gambling debts. Everone in a foreign country is just declearing bankruptcy or negotiating with creditors. Here in central asia in Uzbekistan because it is a dictatorship country creditors does not want to negotiate terms. My debt is increasing and filing bankruptcy is very expensive ironically and also requires you to have massive debt.

If you're still gambling, ask yourself "what amount would I quit at?" You'll realize there is no amount so logically why are you even gambling.. I've quit gambling for months now and found a job and without gambling I've never had more money. I've now savings which is crazy to me but I'm so proud of myself so now it's your turn to make yourself proud of you. Good luck. 😬

That’s why discipline is key it’s hard VERY hard but if you can be disciplined with your bank roll management & only go after value instead of chasing minus money big things are possible

🤔 Jeff is abstinent but he’s not “in recovery” … If you’re not working the steps, you’re not working on your core issues that caused you to gamble compulsively in the first place! As soon as life gets “lifey” a person who’s “white knuckling it” will go back to living in the addiction. Almost 30 years in RECOVERY here.
