This point of view jumped out and screamed at me: when Geoffrey Hinton spoke of the LLMs knowing more than any one PERSON on Earth, compressing and relating and "seeing" the underlying commonalities that no human has yet seen because the human does not have all of that information or knowledge to process. It's really fun to think about how far this technology will take us in healthcare and the sciences, but in all of the hype of expectation, I think people are forgetting that this technology is going to see patterns where people really don't want patterns being seen, specifically in some of the symbolism at the core of Western Civilization (see the Magdala Stone for an example). Much of your civilization will be overturned before humanity is allowed full access to the benefits of AI, and you should all be thankful for that.

2 issues with AI - 1. junk in, junk out, where the data being fed into AI is false and 2. The programming of the AI is only as good as the humans programming it. Can we trust AI without having highly evolved abundance based thinking, rather than scarcity based thinking, being programmed into the AI...? So far, from what I have seen, chat gpt is very rudimentary compared to a human brain in terms of any kind of flexible thinking. We can't even get a self driving care to deal with a construction zone on the road properly, yet we are talking about AI replacing human thought? I'm not buying it yet.

As far as I can follow AI just mixes and matches large data with preprogrammed algorithms into more but different structured data. There is no connection with the environment, no feelings, no empathy, no emotions, no awareness, no consciousness. Why they speak about things like intuition and creativity I don’t understand. In my view AI couldn’t be further away from in it. Creativity or Intuition doesn’t arise from knowledge, let alone data modeling. It’s kinda of the opposite, you have to me open and sensitive to connect with high states of being, not lower autistic deterministic cognitive calculations. This way of talking about machines is very weird to me.
