Rode from Goa to Mumbai, almost 700kms in a single day with 1 lunch break. 400kms ride from Mumbai to Ratnagiri, many times with just 1 break for 10 minutes for Tea. My friend owns a rx135 and he does 1000kms in 16 - 17 hrs including breaks. What would you say now...? Small engines...

It's better to Stop atleast 20 to 30 minutes for every 100 or 150 kms, it's good for bike to cool down the engine and good for rider to take break and hydrated.

A lot of comments suffer from grave misconceptions. Modern vehicles don’t need frequent stops. So long as there’s fuel in the tank, unless there’s oil/coolant leakage or a puncture (which is not common these days), you can go on as long as you’re comfortable riding / driving.
