How far is too far at the 'People's Open' in Phoenix?

Nick Taylor won the Phoenix Open on the weekend, but that's not what people are talking about. The PGA's so-called 'People's Open' got a little out of hand with players arguing with crowd members and organisers having to shut out ticket holders and halt the sale of alcohol throughout the tournament. How much is too much and are we seeing the LIV tour's party vibes infiltrating the PGA?
