Great video Beth... If you add the BRP 33% stiffer sway bar it will get rid of a lot of the high speeds and handle better in the corners... I have a video on my KZbin channel showing how to install it. It's a pain in the rear end to install... Well worth it though.... Keep up the great videos....

My question to both Beth and Bill (my 2 favorite people 😊). I’ve gotten my bike up to 90, but have only been on our interstate twice for less than 2 miles and the speed limit is 75. Would a windshield and sway bars both make my ride more secure? Maybe with those both, my highway experience may be easier. Any advice?

@@Colorado_Red_Ryker yes changing out the sway bar and the sway bar end links will help you out tremendously.... A windshield also helps out quite a bit... there is lots of different windshields and there is different sway bars.. they are all equally good... Pick the one that best suits you..

I opened my Ryker Rally to 106 10 min after I bought it. Def stable and had no issues. Once you get past 80 you really don't feel the difference between that at 100.

Love this video! You took a risk at that speed, but I know you did it for more than your ‘subs’! As a newer rider, I liked seeing how it handled you and how you handled it. I’ve ridden on the highway a few more times now than when you initially posted this, and I can say I actually think I like highway riding more, over street riding. And though you were at high speeds, and could have gotten a felony and jail time and lots of fines, I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t have done it with Gramma on a school bus filled with kids to endanger their lives just for a KZbin video 🙄🙈! A couple months after I got my first Spyder I ran it after break in, 130 mph which is tach limit on a 2008 Spyder GS I also have a 2014 STS, and a 2019 Rally 900 Ryker which is a great toy! Ha e fun, be safe.

Hey there. I just subscribed and I am loving how you are doing this from a woman's point of view. I was wondering when you are on the highway, do you have to do "much or any" steering correction? I have been seriously thining about getting a Ryker. I have been doing a lot of research and you vids have been so imformative. I use to ride a motorcycle a while back but a few car accidents ( no of them my fault by the way lol ) kinda put the riding on hold. We have courses here in Nova Scotia Canada but you need your own Ryker. They don't supply them. All the information you are supplying is appreciated.

I have rode motorcycles since I was 11 years of age, and now at 58 purchased a Can Am Spyder F3T 2019. I have already hit 105 mph on it and I will be the first to admit, it is a rush, but very dangerous. I have always enjoyed speed and my two accidents that I had when I was riding motorcycles were both due to speed. I wear gloves and I wear a full face helmet but I also understand if I go down at a speed like that, I really don't believe I would want to survive at a speed like that!!!

Hi Rick, Sorry to hear about your stroke, but really admire your dedication to stay riding. I have a friend that rides with a folding cane that fits in his top case or just bungees it to his bike. A good pair of high end Alpinestar gloves and boots saved my sons hands and feet when he was run off the road by a pickup truck crossing over into his lane a few days before he went off to college several years back. His helmet was all scratched up and the face shield torn off but he lived to call us and say "Dad, I wrecked the bike." ATGATT

I have 3 helmets.. 1 open face which is really noisy.. .one designer helmet which is noisy. Both dont block out wind noise and bike noise . my best helmet is Shoei helmet, which blocks out all the vibrations and the noise of the bike and wind but allows me to still hear the cars around me.

When you are going around 80mph, how many RPM’s are you at? And what RPM does the bike red line at. Reason I am asking is I want to have an idea of how hard the engine is working on hwy speeds. If its at a pretty low RPM, it may be the perfect touring machine. Enjoy your videos!

I know the RPMS run high, but I never pay too much attention because it is an automatic. If you are looking to tour with it, get one the 2022 900 models that you can get cruise control with!! It is a must on long trips!

@@iluvbiggirlz420 not great as is. You definitely need the backrest for longer trips. It just isn't a cruising bike like the spyder. I just took a 2 hour ride the other day and it was just fine, but not sure I could do much more than that without a long break. I also realized that I need to get the throttle lock (similar to cruise control).

Ryker Rydes lol impressive be careful 33 over posted speed limit is a mandatory arrest-able offense followed by mandatory court a Ton of fines and 6 points minimum on your license insurance will triple. If u can get any. Worst part is if KZbin flags you for promoting illegal behavior on public roads. Maybe goto a track next time lol that way if something happens. You only hurt you and not .. say a bus full of kids or grandma on way to grandkids house lol. Just a thought.
