Reasons to make this an official speedrun category - Its funny and not too serious - It combines knowledge of speedrun strats and timed use of the effects - No two runs would be same which forces adaptability to each situation - Random effect can still cause enough chaos without just constantly getting dicked over

No two runs being the same is detrimental to a good speed run environment. Someone could grind for hundreds of hours and just get terrible luck, meanwhile some new runner might get perfect luck and get an unbeatable wr.
