Not only GPU but CPU as well, having zero little cores gives them an edge in multithread workloads. Qualcomm must be rushing to release an 8+ Gen 3 in a few months, I doubt they will take this lightly.

English subtitles do help a lot! Thanks Geekerwan!! Talking about the chip, it's really amazing. More powerful than 8 Gen 3, yet has less power consumption. Though I'm having a doubt on how much the LPDDR5T is helping for the performance boost. Nevertheless, I'm also doubting whether Qualcomm will stay shut, I guarantee we're about to see a new 8+ Gen 3 in few months. Honestly, Mediatek's progress have increased significantly recently. Glad I bought one of the phones using their chipset 😊

The impressive CPU results don't surprise me given its a 4+4+0. But I can't believe MediaTek/Arm have finally managed to surpass Qualcomm in GPU for the first time in like over a decade. Amazing work, competition is finally back in the Android SoC space

The gap previously was so big that Samsung left and partnered with AMD instead. And many years ago MediaTek even designed their own custom GPU arch too (unfortunately it was never released)

8Gen3频率太高了，现在3.30GHZ单核满载已经跑到5.6w了😂目测超频到3.40GHZ的8Gen3工程机能效曲线都平了，只会增加功耗但性能几乎没有任何提升了，而且5颗性能库A720也都贴着3.0GHZ超频也几乎不会在增加性能了
