Things you never knew you needed to know! Haha. Today was just a fun short video and an excuse for me to listen to the wonderful exhaust note from this thing.

I always follow your videos. I would like you to provide subtitles in Portuguese. Thanks!

I reckon it would be quicker without those rims tyres and spacers because I have the same car and exhaust system thanks to you! Mine will do 0-100kmh in 7.6 secs But what these are really good at is 90-140kmh when overtaking! Also when you did the test did you disable traction control and put it in cactus mode? It will make a difference trust me! The beast is this model LandRover Yes the Range Rover got this power plant and a supercharger but really the LR4 wins in all areas because as mine has 7 seats as standard! You currently have snow we currently only have 30 degrees and humidity 😅

Yes, those don’t help. I’m sure the fridge and camp kitchen/cabinet setup in the back isn’t making matters bet either. I’ll give it a shot in the sand mode and see what it does. If I can ever finish any of the 100 other projects I have (haha) I always thought the 5.0sc from the Rangie would be neat in one of the LR4s. Maybe if I ever shell this one (which I don’t think will happen). We are close to 30 degrees here. Just in the wrong unit haha. Below 0 in your guys Celsius unit. Someday soon I’ll get to enjoy the outdoors again.

@@LostCauseRanch that is what I thought a supercharger from a Range Rover adds another 100 horsepower I think!

Hi Joe, Nice job, I just knew that there was something I needed to ask, but now you’ve answered it LOL. Anyway, speed is not the real measure, it’s smiles per mile and I’m sure she gives in bucket loads. How’s the old LS Defender coming along, looking forward to thar next update. 😎👍

Good thing this is heavy on the smiles, because it’s thirsty per the gallon haha. Still plugging away. I have a couple more parts ordered and in transit to finish up the cooling setup.

That's my car... A beauti... The 2012 LR4 HSE is the best LR ever. Just my opinion of course.

Do you have wheel spacers on your rig?
@LostCauseRanch Жыл бұрын
Yes it does. Needed them to clear the LR4 brakes with the Terrafirma steel wheels.

@@LostCauseRanch cool deal, thanks. Thinking of putting a set on my LR3 just to push the stance towards edge of flare

Still faster than Subaru BRZ lol

I agree with that haha. It at least feels faster than the automatic brz I had at one point.

dragys arent equivalent to going to the track and getting actual times
@LostCauseRanch Жыл бұрын
Oh I agree. Not many tracks open in this part of the world this time of year. Maybe I’ll take this thing out in the spring loaded down with the tent, kitchen and what not in it and see what it can traverse the quarter mile in.
