I love how these videos are literally documenting the evolution of the sport . It’s like if the homies in the 70’s had cameras when they went from clay to urethane wheels! Same vibe. These are exciting times. Clearly, there is only one path for the next evolutionary leap and it’s obvious…. Surfwheel VESC Mod + Swagtron Dual-Enduro Tire Upgrade + Trotter LEDs The Frankensteez

@simonmccaughey Жыл бұрын
I have a stock XR, I find when climbing real steep hills if you zig zag with the board real quick, that helps. Must be something to do with the sensors, it seems to try harder when you do that - did you ever try it? Both rocking the board from toe to heel, and small quick rotations/zig zag makes it work harder
@nicoaleman Жыл бұрын
That's just physics; When you take an incline at an angle like that, you're technically climbing less steep of an incline, so it's easier to climb 👌
@simonmccaughey Жыл бұрын
@@nicoaleman I don't think so, even if you wiggle toeside to heelside it has a positive effect, and that's definitely not making the board go any further. It's definitely something to do with the sensors on the board making it work harder. Both methods work. When I talk about zig zag, I'm referring to the motion of your body rather than the board, I normally do this on trails that are the width of the onewheel tire
@The_Only_Juan Жыл бұрын
I've done 28.8mph on stock GT. I've also had my front footpad sensor decide I wasn't on it when I was mobbing at 25 mph, board suddenly shutting off on me, and my foot getting caught in my Flight Fins as a fell, breaking my big toe. Fun times.
