I started watching them in 2014, would still be a fan regardless of my age if the top creators within the team were still actively creating content… they did a great job of creating interactive content with the community back then. It was until they moved to LA that it started to feel like a lot of the big creators took a step back and started living their own lives without the camera. Which I can see why they wanted to do that, but ultimately it led to a lack of connection between the audience at least from my pov.

I honestly watched Faze clan during the prime of Fortnite. Faze Jarvis was the only Faze member that I actually actively watched from the clan. I was disapointed when Faze Jarvis got banned and I completely stopped watching Faze clan entirely after Jarvis got banned. I still do this day think that Jarvis was unfairly perma banned when there's others doing *exactly the same thing* showing off cheats while rather live or making a video.

I used to watch FaZe as a young kid, I found out about them through a classmate in Grade 7 and since fell in love but after awhile, with the old content disappearing, I was slowly losing interest in them. I miss the old FaZe, I wanted to be in FaZe as a kid. My main favourite ones I liked watching were Adapt, Blaze, Rain, Apex and the other OG ones from maybe like 2012. I even got a FaZe hoodie and still interested in them but just not like I used to. FaZe was my dream team to join when i was a little kid who trickshotted and sniped all day on COD. I fell out of love with FaZe around 2017 when the big members moved to LA and became vloggers who clickbait. I know they got popular again for about 3 years when Fortnite released but personally i was one of the rare few people that couldn't get into Fortnite so i didn't care. There are many reasons why FaZe is dying. They completely abandoned there OG fans and stopped caring about Trickshots and Snipers in call of duty. and everyone who was a kid or a teenager back then who dreamed of joining FaZe is now an Adult who have moved on with their lives. Another reason is because they became a company and the people they employ are out of touch. I bet most of their employees are people in their 30s and 40s that only care about how much money they can make from FaZe. Do you really think they care about Trickshotting on call of duty? Do you think they even have knowledge about video games in general? Of course not. They recruit people like Snoop Dogg, Lil Yachty and Offset to FaZe to try and get people interested but instead it goes against everything a FaZe member is supposed to be. a FaZe member is someone that is skilled at a game, not some 90s hip hop Legend or mumble rappers. I have nothing against those celebrities but to me and many other people it just comes across as out of touch and desperate. FaZe will always be special to me. I found them cool during 2011 - 2015 when they were all about trickshotting and sniping clips. I still watch Jev to this day, and i will always have respect for members like Rain, Apex, Adapt, Temperrr, Teeqo, Banks, Fakie, Blaziken, Pamaj etc, but this new FaZe clan ever since they abandoned everything and everyone that got them popular in the first place just aint it

Theres nothign wrong with growing, but thye changed so much they werent the same. They should have instead kept the OG members (Adapt,Rain,Apex Etc) for IRL roadtrips/content. Then used the new grinders to fuel the faze clan channel with regular gaming content (like they used to with faze vs fans etc).
