Those initial swim times are actually very good. A pace of just over 1:30 / 100m is very, very legit. Go to a pool and look for people who swim faster than that, you will struggle. And 4:18/km on the run over 30min is savage fast.

I recommend looking into legal anti-cortisol compounds for while you're doing this training. The rigorous aerobic work will also be increasing lactate, which is an oncometabolite and additional stressor. Anti cortisol agents are things like testosterone, progesterone, or even more broadly, prenenolone. Or you could just eat 12 raw eggs per day. The anti-lactate compounds can be as simple as baking soda. Keep glucose intake as high as possible (without gaining fat) to ensure that your liver is fully stocked and your adrenals are supported. Ensure optimal salt intake so that aldosterone is minimized. And some gelatin as 1/3rd of your protein intake would additionally prevent endotoxemia and general stress. Best of luck to you Jonne!

A cheat code for you. If you feel like your legs run slower, start moving your hands faster. Your legs will try to keep up. Suddenly you'll go faster.(that will also help you move your arms more in general)Long stretching sessions will have a tremendous impact. If you train 2+ hours every day, you might feel you have less energy because of that. Especially on your legs. And if you feel you got trouble doing squats, need more stretching.

Result are bad but don't worry you'll get in shape. 3 to 5 swim's a week with a swim coach correcting your technic is a must. 3 to 5 run a week with a focus on improving your SV1 and developing your aerobic base. 3 to 5 rides a week, for the bike, milage is the most important, and add some race specific workout such as TT interval at race pace and some up hill training are good... I was purely a swimmer and within 5 years I improved my time on 70.3 from 5h17 to 4h09. It's not great but if choosing the right race I can have chance to get slot for 70.3 championship.

So you could be in better shape than you think
@brianbruno17864 жыл бұрын
Also most of my easy runs are in zone 3-4. I would just go off what feels easy for you Bc the watch can sometimes be wack and you won’t really gain any benefit from running in zone 1. If I’m feeling super tired though I run super slow to fully recover. Don’t think so much and go off how you feel on those easy days
