You can switch between radar and IRST while maintaining the lock, no need to turn off the radar and remember where the enemies were. That way you can rely on the radar's IFF to make sure that the IRST is locked onto an enemy. Good hunting 👍

@@Blearu they only get the initial ping if you are quick with your fingers! The method I posted will drive your friendly fire incidents to near zero due to the radar's IFF.

Is there an actual reason the Flanker cant run more than 2 ETs? Because even in ARB I'd rather have 4 ETs and 2 ERs.

I would assume it's for balancing reasons. I tend to get more kills with the ET. Maybe that's why.
