Was a thing back in like 2017, if you destoryed a tank by killing ita crew, and no single piece of ammo or fuel exploded, the tank would just stop driving and moving, and didn't explode at all. Players hated this and gaijin reverted it to tanks exploding on death regardless of whether explosive material was hit.

better visuals doesn't always = worse performance. Many changes like this can fix your performance because it's better optimized models and textures. Better optimized effects and visual style and more clever programming can make it perform better for everyone even.

Rain: It's better, but it doesn't feel like heavy rain! I would like to see more raindrops and also some water dust flying by. In a strong rainfall, rain will create much more drops upon contact with the ground, often looking like mini-explosions. A particle system that randomly emits this rain splash effect can be scattered over the entire floor within a view distance of 300m. Important here is that the visible rain in the air doesn't need to be emitted over a 300m distance. Here, simply 10m will be enough. But, in rain situations, the map needs some mini rivers and small animated water textures that go on the sides of streets or in puddles.

@@AdaaDK Yeah 3090Ti at 4k but I only got 55fps for ultra rt so I needed to optimize settings and turn down reflection resolution sliders and got 90 and I could gain more with rtao turned down but the fences had weird shadows. Finally dlss perf to get 120fps for max refresh rate which is good performance for raytracing which can use a lot of fps.

Not really. It looks good but Dagor Engine (WT's engine) has really bad lighting and sharpness problems. Also the FPS drops and overall performance is really bad for the graphics at play. The new Abandoned Factory looks better but it's nothing groundbreaking in terms of videogame graphics.

The vortices are not depicted, the contrails are. IRL they do spin, thus the name. A little curly loop in the contrail would be cool to see. These are particularly visible on takeoff and landing. And dependent on wingtip shape.

Big large Smokes, that covers a lot of sky would be VERY NICE in air Battles Simulator. Burning vehicles can be used as cover for attacks, and it will be nice, if the aa guns can not see through smokes. :) But yes I like this new visual effects. it much better, than to get a new not reachable aircraft.
