This is beautiful! Thank you CNN! Let us hear more about missions and less about hatred and division! Both qualify as news.

When I saw the houses and mountains I was like, "WTF? Are my eyes playing tricks on me? This can't be The Gila River Indian Community (GRIC). Then finding out this is my HOME being appreciated. Not only for their efforts but also doing what we do best. Which is always being willing to connect with other tribes and working with the city's adjacent to us. To make sure Native American culture is understood universally than just focusing on one Tribe.

I wish i could have raised my twins in that culture, but they were aggressively taking kids from non native homes. So i never risked it, and did my best from a whote perspective. When my best friend passed away, she wanted me and my husband to be their parents. And that is also a shame that i could not reach out for fear of having my children taken away.

Finally, some attention paid to the kids who are already here and in need of parents. There have been no such stories, none about adoption, and there needs to be a lot of them. It's high time these "second class" kids were no longer treated as such by the media. And JD Vance needs to shut the hell up.

Jesus said "So it will be at the end of the age, the angels will come forth and take out the wicked from among the righteous, and will throw them into the furnace of fire, in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 13:49-50. Jesus also said "You are my friends if you do what I command you." John 15:14. Jesus taught that the only way to be saved is to choose him as your Lord and Master, repent and believe that he died for the sins of his people on the cross see John 14:6.

He said nothing about following the Lying King, don't throw your beliefs away for a felon.

Your OWN creator/messiah/God will operate that way but not to us Indigenous Tribes. What were you trying to convey? Religious condescension while saying we need saving. Quit forcing your beliefs onto others.
