Dubs, I appreciate the wisdom brother I learn a lot from you. May I suggest a topic for a new video? Could you give your advice to raza outside of California who have been influenced by the Southern California culture. I myself being from the midwest was one of those young vatos that was influenced by the culture you come from and tried to emulate it and ended up doing a little stretch over gang violence. Some years into my bid I realized that that wasn’t truly me and I turned my life in a new direction. But there are still many men in these prison systems that sacrifice everything trying to garner respect and power the way it was done over there. It may not be even close to what it is in the Cali system but it still gets vicious and it is chaos especially with drugs and addiction involved. Men like you from Southern California who have been through the system are very highly regarded over here. Any words of wisdom? I appreciate your content and have much respect for you!

As a "Wood" Of over 35 years n free for 10 years, I have to laugh at what we called the Bullfrogs. At Pleasant Valley in around 2012 where they put a lot of them to be close to Fresno, etc., they did their goofy program, including being drunk on the yard, which is a big no-no on an active yard. So, a couple BF's pushed up on Whites, thinking they hand numbers n in a minute got rushed n smashed. Problem is, they need to get a bit more structure n they think it's unnecessary. So, it's always a problem. Also, I helped open up B Facility at New F. Spent a lot of time dodging bullets on the upper big yard.

...It was '94-95 Dubs..and as a note...it wasn't 20 Norteños, it was 10. But credit's due where credit's due. They did accomplished their objective resulting with one homie getting shot on the upper leg. One of those Norteños who stayed behind ended up becoming one of the main dudes of the "New Flowers" at High Desert...Crazy times though. Big ups to you and ur show.
