lostinpaper - lol I’m in Melbourne Therese - it would be cute to have squirrels in Australia though wouldn’t it? I have seen them whilst travelling in the UK - so small, smaller than I thought they’d be - lol. Possum would be the closest comparable Aussie critter for sure!!! 😘

Late to the party here, but I've asked for the Gina K wreathbuilder template for Christmas (and I know my son is buying it for me, hee hee!) so I've been watching videos to get ahead of the game. I love your videos, you explain everything so beautifully, and I love your voice, too! Thanks for so much inspiration! X

Love this card. You're right about it being fun. When I received my wreath builder stencils, I made about a dozen cards! As for the critter, I'm going to say fox because the nose is pointed , not a 'possum as the tail is fluffy and 'possums have hairless tails.
@lostinpaper5 жыл бұрын
I think these templates are a little addictive by the sound of it lol. And I have had some wonderful conversations about the critter, it's probably about half and half, squirrel v's fox at the moment. I probably was thinking possom because we have a breed here in Australia called the Brush Tail Possom which has a fluffy tail. Thanks so much for your lovely comments

Love your card Therese. I bought the template starter set and a couple of the Wreath Builder stamp sets before Christmas but haven’t used them yet. Thanks so much for the creative inspiration. Not really in the mood for wreaths at the moment. Using sweet little creatures in addition to the flowers is such a cool idea and it made me smile when I noticed them, because I didn’t expect to see them. Thank you.

Do you know if you need the largest MISTI for the 'larger' one, the one I saw in the videos from Creativation looked like it was massive, which would be so wonderful, but alas I only have the regular sized MISTI... do I need something else? Please tell me Yes!

Yes, you need the largest Misti for Gina K large Wreath Builder.
@sallystapleton7875 жыл бұрын
lostinpaper yes you do need a larger stamp positioner but I do have the stamp platform as well as the misti... what I do like about Tim’s platform is that two sides are open so you can use larger cards... seeing that you are always making me buy extra supplies I think you should get this tool and templates.....lol xx

Sounds like your possoms are quite different to ours, in Australia they have fur on their tails and can get quite fluffy. But I do think this tail looks quite different, kind of fox like to me lol. Glad to hear that you enjoy the template too, I can't wait to try it out some more.

I will be coming to Melbourne in June, are there any crafty things that I can only get in Australia?
@lostinpaper5 жыл бұрын
If you are coming from the US then I think you will find most things here are from there... The Paper Roses stamp company I noticed is now available at SSS and there is another company called Uniquely Creative and they have some sweet stuff, but do a lot of kits too. I don't know if they have a store front but I think they are located in Victoria. If I think of anything else I will let you know. Why June? You do know it is Winter then right? lol.
@kimlyne97005 жыл бұрын
My husband was born down there so we are bringing our kids (5 of them!) to see where he is from. My two oldest can’t miss two weeks of school so we are coming as soon as school is out. I know it’s not ideal, but coming from Utah it will probably not be as cold as we are used to.
