Some people struggle with the horrors of everyday life. They'd rather ignore them or convince themselves that it'll never happen to them, instead of dealing with it. Try to understand that fear, and try to remember that men and women are built different. What works for your might not work for her, in terms of "waking up". In my case, my wife was a bit more open to the idea, but she didn't want anything to do with guns herself; she wouldn't even let me chamber a round in the house. I just carried on, doing my thing, exposing her to what I watch and do. (I watch a lot of Tactical Rifleman, Warrior Poet Society, Fieldcraft Survival, etc. I also dry fire a lot.) At some point, something in her clicked, and she started becoming more interested. When I saw her interest grow, I had a talk with her about how we were a team, and how I needed her help to keep ourselves and our children safe. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, she got her EDC pistol. Now, I'm not saying that it'll work for everyone, I'm just saying that's what worked for me.

Ha! Here in 🇦🇺 we DID used to play games like that, on a few occasions, between friends.. Not so much anymore.. Capacity restriction laws are so severe here now.. Just having an empty 30rnd Pmag, or a 15rnd pistol mag, sitting on your shelf at home, or in a drawer can get you charged with 'firearms offences' here now.. And that's even if you DO have a licence for the gun that takes them! Sad, but true..we've fallen a long way! Port Arthur was a scam..a set-up! There is only 1 group that always benefits, and further gets their way, from gun massacres..no-one else ever does! Its not too hard to figure out. Stay Strong! No matter what the cost to 'our' 2A enemies.. They've earned it!
