@@owensparks5013 It doesn't say "Filter Settings" and I'd venture most people are hesitant to click a button that says something like "Filter All" without knowing. I cleared my inventory before checking its function.

I saw many videos saying that proficiency levels would give XP towards mastery but it doesn't after you get it to LVL 40 and you put a Crystallization Catalyst when you level it back up you don't get XP towards mastery.

That is correct. You only get Mastery the very first time.

2 simple questions: What about descendant exp compared to weapon exp? What about squad exp sharing?

Squad exp sharing grants 100% to equipped weapon, and 20% to other weapons. I have not tested receiving EXP to descendants from ally kills, because I haven't catalyzed anyone yet. I would hypothesize for if you kill with skills yourself, it might give better share to your Descendant, but again, I have not tested, because I don't own any Descendants below level 40 atm. Descendants give 2x the mastery rank points per level compared to a weapon, but I don't recall if they require 2x exp per level to...level up as well.

I'm assuming there's no difference between killing with your weapon and with your abilities? And same thing for you or your teamates doing all the killing? Do we know if there's a maximum affinity range? Lastly, do we know if more players = more spawns?

the amount of spawns seems to be consistent for any amount of players, I believe it only adjusts enemy health and damage. More players can mean more quick kills if they aren't afk/leeching despite the increased health.

What about weapon rarity? I heard ultimate weapons offer more mastery than rares.

Blue weapons give 50% less total and ultimates 50% more total.

You should learn how to gave a summary recap and better how to. Debunking things .makes you look smart but doesn't help anyone. Aka answer what the best method is for mastery and exp. All this debunk is for the birds.

Best mastery and exp is well known. You sit in Fortress Defense 21 waves. If you can't do that, it's Echo Swamp, if you can't do that, it's Kuiper Mines. If you can't do that, it's Ambush Point. This is extremely common knowledge at this point.
