The 'minutes to each attempt' and 'kilos to WR' is great! Hope we'll see more of this in future vids.

If people like it then we'll keep it in. If it provides context and keeps things engaging then it's well worth it.

What's even crazier is Tian Tao clean and jerked 231kg at 96kg in 2019.

It’s interesting that he pauses in the bottom position like that on all his attempts. It’s not unusual to see athletes get stuck and then use multiple bounces but he just stands it up from a dead stop which is insane

Puts into perspective how anomalously crazy Tian's 231kg was. Lighter bodyweight by 6 kilos. And with a power jerk...

WOW! Goes up only 5Kg between 1st and 2nd and then 7Kg between 2nd and 3rd for a WR. Ballsy in the extreme.

Iowa don. The big question is why he opened with 220 instead of 221 which would have given him the victory sooner. Regardless it’s probably a moot point anyway. I hope in Paris he tops his best from Asian Games last year.

Is that Khaki watching Irakli Chkheidze in the back room in a 0:52? I know he still works with the Georgian National team i just haven't seen any pictures of him recently
@JohnDoherty-dl2fz4 ай бұрын
Gerbgerb. I don’t see Khaki back there. The guy against the wall in the light T shirt is asst coach/ Azanidze’s right hand man for most of the last decade. I think Khaki is mostly involved with administrative stuff not coaching for Georgia.

I enjoyed the time to attempt feature. Keep it for sure. I noticed something odd in his warmups tho. He did the 210 with 8 minutes to opener, went down to 160 then back to 210 for a clean pull just before the 220 opener. Do you think he rushed the warmup because 4 guys dropped. I’ve never seen anyone do a clean pull as their last warmup.

Dude.... you need to stop with all that advertising. I used to watch your channel a lot. Now its 50% advertising and nobody wants to see that. Second, that barbell was loaded incorrectly to give more whip. It should be loaded with Reds whenever possible.

Please respect other's work. This content was put out there for free, as a niche sport you should understand it's very hard for WH to generate sufficient income to produce high quality contents continuously. Second, I do not see what is wrong with the plate loading, the casual way of loading only appears in warmup.
