O.K. I can file a Quit Claim Deed over what was recorded in the Land Records. That is not a Warranty Deed with ownership defended, but a CLAIM, since it is NOT LEGAL to abandon Real Estate. If a party has good residency in another residential address, then he owns this real estate without the bundle of right of Real Property, and can rule from Gillete Castle.
