Predictions for Godzilla vs King Kong: 1: They might/will make a reference to the original one where Kong either tries, or does shove a tree down Godzilla's throat. 2: Kong and Godzilla will likely fight for a bit before a 3rd foe either in the form of Mechagodzilla, Mecha King Ghidorah, Destroyah (since the Oxygen destroyer was used in the last film), or some other monster, interrupts and the two essentially team up to kill it. 3: At the end of the film there will be no clear cut answer to which of the two kings would've won the fight as the two either are too battered to continue the fight, or leave in respectful terms (or something). 4: Even if 3 doesn't pan out and we actually have either Godzilla or King Kong win, fans from the losing side will rage and argue with fans from the winning side, stating why the winning side had won/why the losing side should've lost. In the event 3 pans out as predicted, fans of both monsters will instead argue which monster WOULD'VE won (depending on circumstances when 3rd monster interruption occurs) had Monster 3 not intervened. Me personally I'm more of a Godzilla fan, nothing against the giant ape, but I find a giant radioactive lizard beating on other monsters more interesting (personally) than a giant ape beating on Dinosaurs (or in the case of Kong: Skull Island, creepier smaller monsters). Also I personally find increasing Kong's size cheating, as yes it wouldn't really be a fight otherwise due to Godzilla's height advantage, in my opinion if you have to size a monster up to face another monster, that fight isn't really being honest/shouldn't be happening. Though at least this time there's a reason for Kong's change of size, as in Kong: Skull Island, it was stated he was still growing, which will explain how he'll be a closer match for Godzilla's height come the VS film, opposed to the first GvK's unexplained growth spurt of Kong's. Either way, should hopefully be an entertaining film one way or another.........PROVIDED the filmmakers actually allow us to SEE the monsters fight opposed to focusing on the damn humans. But considering how the last two films went, odds of that happening are very, very low, 'less they actually listen to the fans for once.
