I think this unit has a specific role where they exceed which the Greenskins where missing and that is a tough unit to hold the line. Unfortunately only the horde test somewhat tests that ability to hold the line.

Thanks for the comment. Yea, they should be able to hold the line. I tested the special ability vs. Elite but they butchered these nonetheless and the results were actually worse than without using the ability :)

@@QualityGames-ql1jc ability makes shield orc have at best 24% more chance to not get hit in perfect situation for a trade of not being able to hit anything themselves...10MA(34-24) is worse than goblins or even skavenslaves... Imo ability for black orcs should've been something like charge MD bonus+charge defense+damage reflect for a trade of not being able to move, with like 30sec cooldown of not being able to leave stance so it would be good for chockepoints, but not abusable. Basically something that makes them "take position and hold it". im not even talking about how terrible GW Black Orc ability is...

How good are they? Not good enough to last 30 seconds against sunder armor and slow death stalkers in a 2v2. They would prob last longer if ai used the ability but it wont do shit to slow death. Atmost last longer against the discourage one, magical and skavenpelt banner and sunder armor but slow death just eats at the hp hit or not

didn't watch video yet but i know one thing - their new ability suck ass, forgive me my french, its so terribly designed by someone who doesn't understand how stats work its insane... CA had one job, give them weapon switching like on TT, but they made another mediocre unit to par to other mediocre unit and gave him useless ability, bravo.

Thanks for the comment. Yea, I tested the ability in the vs. Elite battle to get a proper flank. The Chosen practically wrecked them in the same amount of time while the inflicted barely any damage :)
