UCLA Bruin & Triple J fan here. The conventional wisdom about Jaime when he was a Bruin is that we all loved him, but wondered whether his game would translate to the NBA. Jaime was a crafty scorer, but I saw him in at least 20 games at Paul’s Pavilion and can’t remember him physically dominating anyone. I remember hearing other bball analysts talking about players like Leon Powe, Sheldon Williams, the O’banon Brothers, & Myles Simon not being able to carry their games from the NCAA’s into the NBA. Would love to hear Legler’s take on this.

kinda started off getting a little carried away. K.love deserves his flowers but he far from pioneered the rebound/3 big. Larry bird was literally the first. And started the tradition since he was a sf/pf. Followed by reggie who was also a forward but didnt rebound. But chris webber was getting quadrupedal doubles assisting shooting and just doing everything. Of course dirk routinely got double double killing people with his outside shot. Walker and pierce can also get in there, all this before k.love.
