I think you can do that on any monitor, if you're in Windows open display settings, click the monitor you want to flip, and there'll be an orientation option, hope that helps!

Hi monitor comics. Unrelated to this video. Is there a video about a manga creator who creates the story board but unable to draw and forms a partnership with an artist. If not could you do one.

Writer-Artist duos aren't uncommon, so there has to be videos about the topic out there! Creators like Brandon Chen make videos revolving around that topic, he's a writer who partners with artists. I also know many duos like that, so if you have a specific question I can do my best to answer it!

Like the previous comment said, an Ipad is one option. There are also some tablets that work with smartphones. So something like this comes with a USB-C connector that can plug into android devices. Something like the Wacom MobileStudio Pro is also a all in one device, but it's so expensive because it's basically a computer
