Giulio = joo-lee-oh (Julio) Cesare = che-zah-reh Cesare is the Italian form of Caesar. Pronouncing them the same way is an easy mistake to make if you aren't familiar with Italian.

Great, easy to access with low investment for newer players, but at the end of the day, live 2D skins are what Manjuu/Yostar should be focusing for long term revenue. Adding META ships, especially "Elite" grade, provide nothing for mid to end game players.
