I'm surprised Starscream's not in the same tier as TuskMammoth. Maybe with enough poor-performing parts, there could be a silly video idea where you can only make Beyblade combos from low-tier parts - I wouldn't really have Bits count here since there's only a few genuine stinkers in that category; StarScream 2-60DB would be hilarious to see.
