FOAMIE & BUCKETS: season 1 episode 18. Yesterday we went to KickzR4Us to pick up the Nike Air Jordan 3 Katrina and also decided to pick up the Air Jordan 11 "Cap & Gown." We decided to make a a video on them because that is what they do. The Cap and Gown come out officially on May 26th. Some pairs were sold early through the Nike SNKRS app which is how we got ours. Stood in line at 130 am and was #7. At 9 we were told that there were only 10 pairs. This is at Flight 23 in the International Market Place and a lot of people were upset and confused. Luckily for me, I was able to grab a size 11(which had 2 pairs along with 10.5). I literally felt like I was floating outta the store and to my car. It’s crazy as fuck how people use to fight for Jordan 11s and people bled and got bruised and some got killed. Now you can pick up retros and even some 11s on shelves. With all that being said, I say these are fire and would look nice in jeans or even in a suit. But hell no I will never ever pay $200 plus for a jordan anymore. Before I would only wear retros to school and everyday a different pair. Now I wear the same exact All black nike huarache nearly everyday. It’s crazy how people use to get judged on the sneakers you wear not how the person actually is but I’m happy we all grown out of that phase

littlelosito in terms of upper isn't it closer to the cool greys with the nubuck? But i had them in hand and I honestly don't get the difference, its not they they use better nubuck than the other 11s, the patent leather I think may be better, but there's not much difference. The only thing I could think of maybe was the inside? The inside of the upper felt a little more plush than my memory of when my cool greys were ds, but I don't know for certain because that's going by memory on something I don't remember that well. I think the difference is mostly in the finishing of the nubuck, and also maybe just a marketing ploy.

Compared to the true Blackouts these are ok. If these had the mesh uppers it would be a fucking problem haha. But seeing these I really liked them but like i mentioned they werent done like the true sample. I was at work when the SNKRS drop happened. I borrowed a co-workers phone to get it done. When i got em yesterday (friday 5/11/18) i opened the box & got so hyped. I broke em out today @ the mall & i was breaking necks. Im actually thinking of copping a 2nd pair of Space Jams & customizing them to look like the samples. Great as always foamie! I passed on Katrinas myself
