After I had enough time to look into this there might be a meta change. The pipe frame is basically a better Teddy now. The stats where already really similar but the Pipe frame got a speed buff. So its basically the Teddy with better handling. Pipe Frame Yoshi Roller Paper Glider New meta. I call it now.

Doesn't Inkling Boy and Tanooki class have buffed stats to be the same as Yoshi class, but with more weight? So they'd be meta instead of yoshi

@@theoldhermit2601 No. Tried it out. They still fall short compared to Yoshi. Yoshi has more traction which is more important then weight

They gave him the same stats as Waluigi apperently. The MK8D builder still isn't updated so i cannot say for certain. But giving the Wiggler the same stats as Waluigi feels like a cheeky joke from Nintendo. So not meta. Yoshi teddy stays unchanged apperently. Kamek also has gotten Mario stats which is really disappointing.

that's like saying Ludwig is a reskin of Mario cause they share the stats. it wouldn't be fair if the possible meta is paid to be playable. also, Petey and wiggler technically have different stats compared to others, barely, but it's different.
