​@@OliverOils Shogun was champion and was at the peak of his UFC run, Rampage was on a win streak and arguably in the best shape of his career, Machida was still one of the best LWHs in the world at the time, Rashad was a beast and had only 1 loss on his record to an undefeated Machida, Gus was an up and coming killer on a tear, Vitor was on TRT and absolutely murdered everyone else he fought at that time besides Jones, DC was undefeated and a legit beast, Glover was on like a 20 fight unbeaten streak and in his absolute prime, Even Gane was being hyped up as the new breed of HWs for his insane speed and athleticism. I don't like Jones either but it's sad people are willing to dumb themselves down and blatantly lie just to downplay dude's resume because he's a POS. As a fighter, He has one of if not the greatest resume of all time, And its kinda dumb to pretend otherwise.

Mighty Mouse will always be the GOAT in my eyes. It drove me nuts that his run of dominance in the UFC was not appreciated at that time. Dude's technique was nearly flawless, he was fast and accurate, and he had an endless gas tank. I found his fighting style beautiful to watch AND incredibly entertaining, so it was annoying that he didn't get the praise he deserved at the time. I'm glad he's getting his flowers now, cuz they are WAY overdue.

Demetrious Johnson is the best P4P fighter in MMA history. People talk about 'complete' fighters who can strike, wrestle and grapple but there are layers and depth to those games. DJ was S-tier in all those categories, he could do it all. Top 3 GOAT fighter.

Definitely one of the greatest fighters and one of the greatest personalities in the fighting arts. I've never seen a dude with such a good sense of humor, no scandals, relatable to everybody, but will absolutely dominate you in a fight. For all the people saying his record and competition isn't up there with Jon Bones Jones and Georges St-Pierre, you have to remember that he also wasn't in the same weight class as them so obviously his competition was different. He was very dominant though and rarely lost in a dominant fashion. The one time he did he avenged it. We also have to look at the fact that he dominated a whole jiu-jitsu tournament after coming in basically brand new and facing guys who had been doing it for longer. He's one of the greatest of all time and I don't think anybody will break some of the records he set. We shall see how he does in his new Jiu-Jitsu adventures! 🥋

I used to go to the same sports bar to watch all of the UFC PPV's, and it blew my mind how empty the place was for Mighty Mouse headlined fights. People just didn't understand what they were missing, I guess. He was a very entertaining fighter, but definitely underappreciated, and I'm glad that's changing now. I only wish people caught on sooner.

I think Prime Mighty Mouse struggled against Pantoja's well rounded nature and scrappyness - but I would expect a 3-2 unanimous decision for Mighty Mouse. Moreno does pretty good too, and Figgy probably drops him once or twice, but I do agree that prime Mighty Mouse still beats every current Flyweight but most of the top names give him a run for his money.

I haven't watched the video but I'm inclined to say he wasn't really that good He spent his entire twilight fighting in ONE which probably isn't comparable to comp in the UFC in those divisions. Just given the history of what happens Everytime someone shows up from a different promotion to the UFC and then.... They don't look as good So one could assume the same thing about ONE. That their guys aren't that good. At least not in terms of Mma. And somehow still had the nerve to call himself the best and even bark all the way from across the street at Aljo when he was UFC champ

Most fighters pre-Usada were on Peds, Peds vs Peds. Mighty Mouse fought Trash cans his whole career, he only fought elite fighters 3 times (Cejudo 2x, Dominick cruz) and lost 2 of them. If the Flyweight have Cejudo, Figgy, Moreno, Pantoja, even Taira fighting at the same era as Mighty’s title reign he wouldn’t be that dominant and have that easy title defenses. Might lose a couple also
