Thanks Ed, Started trying this as started working with people- A good friend is "tired of being 50 and Frumpy- 1st thing I sent to her was a wand an a tiara- with a note saying she is the queen- 2nd told her to go to a good will and pick out a size she wanted to get into. 3rd item was a little paragraph for her since moms won't do for themselves- " I am starting right now by choosing a healthy path of movement and eating right. The reason I am doing this is so that I can be part of the memories of my children and live a legacy for future grandchildren- I am needed to be there because showing them how to live live is so more impactul than seeing a picture and hearing a story. Ed- I hit a couple of Speed bumps but I know that I still have 35 days left on a deakline I set on myself- Thank you for the insight and Barnabas message today- No changing the deadline but still seeing what I canaccomplish on these must items for me so I can mke a bigger impact for my world- thanks for your purpose and sharing

EdMylett The number one thing I took away is the three pillars of greatness. It fits in every aspect of my life principles and that is Faith, family, than work. I will admit I struggle allot over the years and especially right now with depression due to family circumstances and much of it I can not control and try hard not to worry about as I don’t want to waste my imagination for trouble but good. I know that reminding myself to dream, crusade, and recognizing even what I accomplish and take on will help lift me out of those dark thoughts that haunt me many days. I practice gratitude however the three pillars will keep as you say in front of others and the leader I know I am capable of being to those around me in all three aspects of my life. God Bless you Ed, sorry for long message. It was great meeting you personally on escalator at ARETE event, though it was a brief moment. Ed you really do make a difference in people’s life’s and I believe God put you on earth to unify, uplift, and connect people to achieve their greatness no matter what they do.

That's one of the biggest things about work, praise. Thank you!!! Needed this at the exact time I listened to it, at this exact moment in my life! I have been feeling a tremendous amount of guilt that I could have been a better Mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend etc. As we grow in our faith and knowledge of how to live a life full of love, kindness, forgiveness, and always moving forward, I've allowed myself to focus on how just how much ive messed up. Your message is confirming what I already know but got stuck in a negative state of mind focusing on my mistakes and even blaming others for them. THIS STOPS TODAY!! My family is not perfect but we are perfect with each other!! We don't always have it all together but TOGETHER WE HAVE IT ALL!! I want everyone I come in contact with, especially my family, that I AM THANKFUL! WE ARE BLESSED!! AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO GROW in all aspects of our life, especially being more disciplined and disciple-like minded!! We have dreams and goals but first I had to realize just how much we've already grown !! I want my children to wake up every morning and know how much they are loved and how are important they are!! I want my husband to know and feel, that as we face trials and tribulations, we will always overcome them, with LOYALTY!! And I want all the mentors in my life who have given endless amounts of time and patience to us, to know that all their work will not be wasted!! What a hard topic, Ed! Selling the dream over and over again is not an easy task. Often, leaders got their head so big that they forget their roles, which is leading and helping others as servants. You mentioned that great leaders are givers. Indeed, they should! But, most of them are takers and very selfish. Therefore, people don't want to follow them anymore. This is so on point with how we run our company! We own a Real Estate office in NJ and I have to say everything that you talked about resembles our office culture and camaraderie. Our agents are our biggest fans and vice versa. We are always in the spirit of praising all that they do. It’s just always authentically been our way. Appreciation and gratitude for each and everyone that makes this company great is a constant. That’s why we love coming to work and being a part of a growing family. We always refer to our agents and staff as family. We deeply care about them and their continued and thriving success is our mission. It’s so different from our area competitors. Dream Big. Think like a leader and act like one. Leaders aren't born they are made. Hi guys! Would just like to share our journey with you. 😀 We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.
