Some tips for when learning a song on KZbin - #1 You can slow down the video (playback speeds), #2 You can use your keyboard to scrub 5 seconds forward or back, #3 Turning on subtitles usually makes it easier. Thanks for watching everyone! I'd like to do more - do you think it's worth it to add the option of membership (4.99 month).

Id go for the 4.99 month if it were tabbed

Thank you for this tutorial. It will be a great help. However, please keep in mind that not all of us can move our fingers with the speed and accuracy as you. and, Clint, at age 83, there's no way these old fingers of mine will ever again move like yours. But, I want to play this piece as close to your style as I can achieve.

Your version of this song is the reason I bought my first Les Paul last year. It inspired me to pick up the guitar again. Now I’m a up to 3 guitars....now if I could only play them well! Thanks for taking the time to show us your techniques! God Bless!

Hello sir.. I was so amazed by the way you play this song. I wanted to learn this song but I think it takes time to master it. By the way sir, can you do a rig rundown on what gears, effects and settings, etc. you used on those videos? Thanks and more power..

Thanks for the comment. I'm using Guitar Rig 5 software, plus I'm adding in a couple of analog pedals. Marshall Guv'nor and a Joyo Vintage Overdrive.

Brother been watching your videos for a bit and your talent puts me at awe. I started playing and I’m stuck as the pentatonic king and I’m stuck. What would you do To get out of it. My phrasing sounds so vanilla. And think it’s awesome how you reply. Thank you if you can point me to a direction. And are you professional trained?

Hi Trevor - I actually didn't take lessons, and we didn't have the internet when I started! What really changed things for me in a huge way was a Vinnie Moore tape at the time. He taught on relative minor/major scales. Once I learned that, I could almost play over anything. Things improved from there. I may do more instructional videos, and that would be one of my first. If you're not sure of how it works, here's the bottom line: If the song is in for example; E Major - you would play in C# minor (3 frets back from E). You can also play your pentatonic scales there as well. thanks for the comments.
