Yeah, I know it's not a popular opinion but imo a good grappler needs to have good strikes AND good throws if you want them to actually grapple properly. It's not a very good mixup if your options are a throw that do 30% or a combo that does like 10% and gives no oki

Honestly I wish we had more manually timed juggles, they're a cool way to add difficulty but without being so simplistic like links. In SF3 for example, if Akuma hits you with a light Tatsu, he has to delay his DP slightly or it only gets 2 hits instead of 3. Dudley also has a lot of combos that require him to delay things or micro walk forward, that kinda thing, they're pretty fun to execute.

There's way harder Jamie combos than that. That's a pretty easy one. That being said, Jamie doesn't have anything that's 4x 1F juggles like Rashid's jump 2HP combos. At most I can think of a terrible Jamie meme combo that has like 3x 1F links, but they're still easier ones to get down than Rashid's jump 2HP.

The worst part is that I think the Lily combo is a trial with a Super 2 tacked on because of corner positioning. Edit: Double checked it. Close, but not quite. It goes from air MP-MP directly into super instead of going for the ex DP into super.

31:16 well the patch happened. They didn’t make him work properly. They did make all his normals delete your drive gauge though and made knee always safe on block and plus with drive rush and that seems to have been enough.
