Hey remember when I used to play Spelunky mod challenges all the time?
Spelunky 2 is an incredibly hard game already, but its difficulty is typically spread out across a variety of randomly generated levels. So, what happens when modding pro Psina/Hryakodracus sets out to create a single, extremely challenging Kaizo level? Say hello to Mining Challenge! A mod that changes the adventure into one big pre-made level in which you have to dig your way to the end fighting off enemies and collecting crates.

Spelunky 2 is a 2020 platform video game developed by Mossmouth and BlitWorks. It is the sequel to Spelunky (2008) and was released for PlayStation 4 and Windows in September 2020, for Nintendo Switch in August 2021, and for Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S in January 2022. The game received critical acclaim upon release. Spelunky returns in this greatly-expanded sequel to the original roguelike platformer!
