she's AMAZING. Especially for someone who is over 40+ years old where I heard it's difficult to be as rip and lean as her because you are fighting against metabolism and other factors due to aging. She worked extra hard and I'm so glad for her - hard work paid off

Yes i totally agree, for Green Eunju to be this lean and rip isnt easy. To go this lean with so little body fats isnt actually healthy in a long run because it may end up affecting her menstruation cycles, but once in a while it's okay. I believe for body sculpture competition, Green Eunju will win because of the balance of muscles and physique and how define those muscles are. but as normal commoner, those Instagram model wannabe, they should aspire to have a body of yellow Eunju, not too rip, having the curves and mermaid line abs.

not with some magic potion... dont get me wrong,, she do the hard work, like all bodybuilder... they work their ass off. but u cant deny, to get ripped and still maintain muscular fullness, u need the drugs. to regulate the hormon.. and ive been lifting like 10years now, and i know lot of this kinda stuff.. and it is normal..

i choose to differ that, with right training, the breast size may not actually be affected. In fact, what it does, it makes your breast even firmer rather than sagging. Below the fatty tissue in the breast, there is actually a layer of muscle. By working out those muscles, you actually compensate any fatty tissues lost in the process, hence making the woman's breast more firmer. This is a misconception of what women thinks " i dont wanna to exercise because it reduces my breast size" . "I dont wanna do cardio because it loses my breast size."

Aimer Ang it ultimately depends on the person’s biology. For some, they will lose fat in their chest no matter what because we can’t choose where we lose fat from. Most of these women do have implants, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
