I love that after everyone around me, teachers, parents, ect constantly reminded me to go to college, putting your degree on your resume makes you overqualified. We sure love the uneducated in this country.

A college degree means that you're not going to stay with the company and that you'll be moving on at some point. Companies don't want the challenge a college educated person might give. Having just your high school degree means you'll be and stay more dependent on them.

We have so many restrictions on the things we can or can not do and it's really annoying. Especially if you're posted in high theft/crime areas as an UNARMED Officer.
