Thank you for this video!! I’m using allied to get into cyber security and I tell myself every day to keep my eye on the prize Update: the job is alright but the environment is TOXIC!!! High turn over, management makes decisions off a whim and I have a coworker who rats EVERYTHING to our manger

I've been a non-commissioned level 2 security officer for more than 10 years, I'm a passive and non physical and non-social type of security officer, that's more interested in protecting property not interacting with people directly except for other co-workers, because I don't like that kind of responsibility, I barely applied for allied universal security the moment they told me that I will be working at HEB that same week I apply for a TWIC security license so I can have excuse to work either at the refineries or pretty much anywhere that doesn't involve me talking to customers.

I am applying to this job and hit the video interview portion. I halted to do a bit more research once I felt the interview process was progressing a bit too fast. Thanks to this I'm a bit worried about joining this company. I want to work as a security guard and make a career of it as this would be my starting point, but from these videos that seems to be not a good choice to make. I will keep digging lol

I HIGHLY recommend you DONT work for Allied Universal I give them a "1" out of "5" The only good thing i can say about them is this Almost always my paychecks were correct And if there was a mistake made they would correct it in a matter of a few days THAT was impressive

the small security company's are just as chaotic, they just pay less and force overtime more. nothing worse than an employer that pretends your a "family". small employers are notorious for that kind of moral manipulation. 🤮
