For what it's worth, the chance of getting a first word correct on an X-ordle with N possible wordlist answers _is_ exactly X/N. There are (N choose X) ways to select X words without considering order, and of those, the successful boards will have your guess, plus X-1 of the other N-1 words, or (N-1 choose X-1) combinations. Using 4 as X for an example, N choose 4 = (N x N-1 x N-2 x N-3) / (4 x 3 x 2 x 1), and N-1 choose 3 = (N-1 x N-2 x N-3) / (3 x 2 x 1). Dividing the latter by the former, all the terms cancel out except the 4/N.

The probability shown in the video 1/2306+1/2305+1/2304+1/2303 is incorrect because starting from the second term you need to multiply by the probability that the answer isn't right so far. Then you'll get 1/2306+(1/2305)*(2305/2306)+(1/2304)*(2304/2306)+(1/2303)*(2303/2306) = 4/2306

Ah, I stand corrected! I forgot to consider the probability of the word actually being incorrect, which does modify the probability per board. I should have been doing the probability of getting the word on the second board GIVEN I got it wrong on the first board, and so on. And like you said, this does balance out to 4/2306. Gonna pin this comment.

There's a slightly easier way to see this fact: Getting the first word correct on 1 board is 1/N, this is true for all X boards. Every X-ordle has different words across all boards, thus the events of getting different boards correct on the first try are mutually exclusive. Therefore, to find the required probability, just add up all X possibilities: The required probability is X*(1/N)=X/N.

Instead of manually clicking to reset the seed, can’t you use a macro to do it instantly? This will basically remove most of the time needed to reset and you can get a perfect quordle much faster.

The only way to get God Mode is to know the answer to the daily Quordle beforehand and then copy those down to get the achievement. Anyways, great video!

Actually, the hardest achievement in Quordle is Slow and Steady. It takes almost 3 years to fully complete. I understand that this is the hardest on a probability standpoint, but they showed at the end of the video you can get it easily using a seed.

You can cheat it with two windows by simply setting windows to quordle. typing in your starting set on window 1. Figure the anwsers out and finally type in the anwsers into the second window.
