She sounded a little raspier at the start, and a little more high pitched, happy-go-lucky and giggly during electra heart, but WOW was froot different. Her attitude has always thoughtful and balanced, but after 2015 or so you could feel how much more comfortable she felt, how she spoke straight from her heart. It felt measured and true and confident, and you can tell that she really was doing what she wanted to do.

At the start you can hear that she uses her sociolect, ie: the dialect of a particular social class. It's quite difficult to understand for an international audience so she probably worked with a vocal coach to improve her speaking voice over time. Also mingling with so called higher social classes in the UK would have influenced how she publicly speaks, but I bet she uses her sociolect when speaking to people close to her.

For me (an English person) the way she speaks sounds the same. The only difference is at points in the later clips she enunciates certain sounds more (e.g, her medial and final T sounds instead of dropping them), but every social class here does that in more formal situations.
