Maybe one of the most fun and interesting VN learning videos I have seen! You have a great sense of humor and the video also includes so many useful words and phrases. I am sure you and your husband had a lot of fun making this together. Keep up the great work!

Such a terrific video! I understood most of it so that makes me happy. I know that you were having fun with talking about your relationship with your husband. I was thinking I wonder what my husband would have on his list about me and my changes in 22 years of marriage? I'm sure my list would be so long! lol! :) I think you are a very genuine and a lovely person. I am enjoying your Slow Vietnamese videos a lot. Keep making your videos!

Greetings Thuy! Nice to meet you! I am a subscriber on your husband's channel and just watched his video about you.. Oh how he loves you! :)... When my wife and I (she is of Japanese heritage) were first married.. We needed to change for each other.. It wasn't always so easy, especially because the young are always so passionate and often speak before thinking, but it wasn't so difficult either... We have been married now for 44 years this month and are still changing for each other... By the way, I hear it is your birthday! Happy Birthday to you! I wish much success to you and to your channel, but especially I wish a long and happy life with your man :)... Be blessed!

Thank you for sharing your story (and a coffee too!). I'm so happy for you two, 44 years together is truly amazing, but changing for each other after all those years is precious. I wish you and your wife health, happiness and always stay strong together.

Since you asked... i feel im obligated to answer... I think most couples after marriage definitely to a large extend their sweet sweet habits definitely would change, to the stage of maybe caringless. I feel it needs a lot of effort to keep alive, the sweets things previously shared.....

Firstly, thank you so much for the video! I am not sure if this video is truth or just fun, and perhaps I'm too sensitive - but this video comes across as very personal from my western-minded perspective. The problems you outline are very legitimate reasons that people have to go to couples therapy or end up getting separated, etc. If a friend was to tell me these things, I would be very concerned for his/her relationship. I really hope you're just poking fun at your husband and these aren't things you're actually struggling with. Maybe that wasn't your intent, but I figured I should let you know - because I reckon that a lot of people that watch this will feel something similar.
@SlowVietnamese3 жыл бұрын
thank you for letting me know your opinion. As I mentioned at the end of the video, this is for entertainment purpose. I can't represent for the whole Vietnamese people, just from my experience with people around me: wives love gossiping about their husbands but they can show off about their kids all day. If I brag about how good my husband is, I don't think my friend would love to listen without feeling tired all the time. Moreover, we - Vietnamese rarely talk about our problems with people we don't know, or public it on social media,.... so if I struggle with my life, I would never make a video to expose it. Although this video is my true story but its purpose is to help people learn Vietnamese basic activities with fun content. Maybe just my perspective, but I think of changes as a natural thing in our life, as long as we love our partners, we can always solve our problems. And my apologies for making you feel uncomfortable!
@moofmoof37073 жыл бұрын
@@SlowVietnamese For sure! I didn't mean anything negative by it and I wasn't trying to impede or anything of the sort - you certainly didn't make me uncomfortable, I just felt compelled to express my feelings about it. Your explanation makes perfect sense and I really appreciate your perspective on change, that's a beautiful way to look at it! Apologies for the misunderstanding and I hope you keep making awesome videos!
