@@tfinney3319 I have, 8 months in so far . My skin problem wasn't that bad ( comedones ) but I felt so bad , I hated all those bumps on my face also gut issues... I have been listening/ reading Medical Mediums info and implementing all I can. Supplements zinc, lysine, ester C , herbal teas, foods etc He has a radio show on sound cloud where you can learn so much and do what you can .. I also do cucumber juice in the evening and at least 3 apples a day ... I dealt with this for years, I honestly thought there was not hope I can't believe my face is clean 🙏 best advice I can give, take the time to learn all you can from Medical Medium ( books, Instagram, radio show, KZbin) and don't give up , depends of what you need to heal it will take time BUT healing is possible 💖

Sunset Girl I only suffer from forehead Acne. Which makes it worse is the spots(post inflammatory hyperpigmentation)it leaves behind which is worse because one the acne clears the spots are left behind. I’m on my 30s now and been a sufferer of it for years. Sometimes I’m clear but the breakouts keep coming back. When I was younger ppl would say things like that’s puberty and I hated it. Out of everything you learned from medical medium what would you say is/was the most helpful?

I have csytic acne since I was 15 years old and now I am 28 with acne all over. I have been following you, watching your videos because it inspired me and made me think if I try what you do it will atleast clear my skin to some extend. But nothing really worked. Well I have hormone issues and I tried everything. Your message here made me write what I struggle everyday. I decided not to wear anymore make up, nothing on face to cover my acne and blemishes but to face other raw. Nothing ever make me happy than accepting it. Thank you Cassandra ♥️♥️♥️♥️

You are beautiful!! I needed this video. I didn't struggle with acne but my body is covered in white scars and people stare at me and I just hide my skin. I always wear long sleeves and never shorts. I have not self love and feel ugly and hate when people just stare at you.

Not saying acne isn't a problem but it's neither a deal breaker. You're lovely. A pimple or ten does NOT destroy a face. I'm male and I've not had much problems with acne but my wife had some real issues with it due to some hormone issues for a couple of years. People who matter will look right past the pimples.

Dear Cassandra... I'm a girl of age 19... I have been struggling with acne for almost a year... I always used to think that... Why is it me? My friends don't have this... Why is it only me?... I used to feel very under confident and undeserved... Sometimes I used to feel like... I'm the ugliest... Scared to go outside... People constantly tell me about my acne... There are many nights when I am just crying all night... Whenever there is a mirror or a glass pass by... I used to look into that and felt very ugly... Sometimes I was scared to see my own reflection... If I can't love myself with this face who can ever love me... These are my thoughts... Never told anyone... Consulted various doctor... Undergone multiple procedures but of no use yet... But now I can say that to myself... It's okay to have acne Ms M... It's completely normal... One day I'm gonna get rid of them... That day is not the day with no flaws in my body... Every time everyone will have something or the other thing... That's how nature works... There is nothing as perfect in nature... From today... I'll do my skin care consistently without expecting anything... Without expecting fast results... I'm sure that... Nothing is permanent... So one day I'll get rid of the acne permanently... I'll be confident and I'm confident even now... I'll be confident however I am... Never judge people based on their looks... This is the Most important lesson learnt... Hope I come here after a few days... After my complete recovery of my mental thinking... Thankyou so much...
