I saw Somaliland in the news due to the recent elections and tried to learn more about their history through online resources. Including an Al Jazeera documentary about the genocide which took place there (titled Kill all but the crows - highly recommend) and I was horrified by what they endured, I am so proud of how far they come and I pray for their continued stability, prosperity and international recognition.
