Lots of landscape companies in Redmond and competition, also a lot of higher end homes. You're overhead will be higher also, gas, price of homes are insane, employees more expensive. $45 lawns wont make money, you will have to land higher monthly service contracts like $700 to $1,200 annually (12 month contracts). Doing only lawns goes away in October its only a 9 month season. good luck!

Could you place flags where the sprinkler heads are? Why not drop your door hangers with estimates around your lawn care clients - say 10 hangers - helps with efficiencies. Great mindset, you will do very well; maybe Dad can do some prospecting for you? Keep him busy.

For efficiency's sake, I have found that if you run the mower 2 or 3 stripes beside the back patio before you do the bulk of the mowing in the back, the blower can come back there as soon as he is done with the front in those situations so you arent running twice
